Avengers: Infinity War is one of the highest digitally grossing movies of all time. Bringing in over $100 million from digital sales. While its theatrical release brought in over $2 billion dollars worldwide, this shows just how badly people wanted to see this movie, or even more realistically, watch it again once it came out on Netflix or Amazon Prime. This also shows just how important theatrical releases are as it makes up roughly 80%, typically more, of the movies total gross. The movie was released on April 27, 2018, and released on Blu-Ray on August 14, 2018. Almost four months after its movie release because they're trying to make as much money as possible from it's theatrical release, especially when it's making a lot of money, just like Infinity War. While a long theatrical release for a movie like this is really effective, as Marvel has a huge fan base as it is, for Shane and I's film it might not be the best approach as our film is entirely unique, different, and off the radar.
